All services and content provided on JustSimpleTech.in are digital in nature. Once a payment is successfully completed and access to the digital content, information, or services is provided, the transaction is considered final.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the service has been delivered, except in cases where:
• The payment has been deducted but the service was not delivered
• There is a technical issue or error from our side
Users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid payment details. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
